Are there fitness facilities provided?
Yes, a 24/7 fully-equipped gym is provided for our guests. We also have an outdoor swimming pool and a children’s wading pool

Complimentary Wi-Fi access is available throughout the property
What is the check-in time?
The check-in time is from 2pm
What is the check-out time?
The check-out time is at 12pm. Should you like to request for a late check out, kindly check with our Client Relations Executive.

What are the available dining options?
The fully-equipped kitchen provides you with the convenience to cook in your apartment. There is a vast array of restaurants around, simply check with our Client Relations Executive and they will gladly recommend them to you.
Are laundry services provided?
Yes, laundry services are provided and are chargeable. Our apartments are equipped with washer/dryer.
What are the type of beds provided?
Studio : King
One Bedroom : King
Two Bedroom : King, Single
Four Bedroom : King, Queen, Single
Hollywood twin configuration is available in selected Studio & One Bedroom apartments.
Are baby cots and extra beds available?
Complimentary baby cots are available upon request and subject to availability.
Are newspapers provided?
The Straits Times, Business Times, LianHe Zaobao International Herald Tribune, Asian Wall Street Journal, Asahi Shimbun and Nikkei Shimbun. All are available for in-room subscription, charges apply.
Are the residences handicap-friendly?
Yes, the residence has ample room to allow wheelchair mobility. We have also well- trained staff who will be delighted in assisting and facilitating access to our guests when required.
Is on-site parking available and what is the cost?
Residents are entitled to register one vehicle per apartment. Parking charges will apply for any additional vehicles.
Is airport shuttle service provided?
We do not provide shuttle service to the airport. However, we will be able to arrange Limousine or Taxi service upon request.
What is the reception operating hours?
The reception, concierge and security services are 24/7.
Is it possible to store my luggage at the hotel before check-in?
Yes, you may leave your luggage with our concierge.
How do I get to the hotel?
It costs approximately SGD25 to get to the property from the airport via taxi. A 50% surcharge applies from midnight to 5.59am.
Are there any recommended attractions in Singapore?
There are lots to see and do in Singapore, each offering different and unique experience. Check out the attractions on our “Attractions page” or check with our Client Relations Executives for recommendations.
Where is the closest bank, ATM and exchange office located?
Several banks are located 10 minutes away on foot.
What is the cancellation policy?
Varying cancellation policies apply to each promotion. If you require any further information, feel free to contact us.
What is the maximum number of guests allowed in each residence type?
Our serviced residence is available for single occupancy or more. The number of residents depends strictly on the category of the apartment selected:
Studio : Covers 2 occupants
One Bedroom : Covers 2 occupants; Maximum 3 occupants
Two Bedroom : Covers 3 occupants; Maximum 4 occupants
Four Bedroom : Covers 7 occupants; Maximum 8 occupants.
Additional occupant will be charged at SGD55 nett per night.
The occupant number refers to maximum number of persons permitted in respective apartment types, regardless of age of occupant.
Are pets allowed?
